Ms. Bernard is an extremely efficient therapist and makes the therapeutic environment super comfortable and non judgemental for her client. The way that she helps in navigating the problems in one's life to figure out possible practical solutions or to figure out coping techniques that work for you to deal with those problems and issues is really helpful. I have gained a lot of insight about my maladaptive patterns and how to work on them.
